SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the internal Short Message Service (SMS) text-messaging program operated by ECL Entertainment. By providing your mobile number to ECL Entertainment, or by replying START, you agree to these terms.

Program description

ECL Entertainment staff use SMS to hold one-to-one text conversations with ECL employees from company-assigned Microsoft Teams phone numbers. Recipients are ECL Entertainment employees.

Types of messages

You may receive conversational messages such as IT Help Desk support, HR and scheduling coordination (for example, shift coverage), and identity confirmation during a support request. This program does not send marketing, promotional, bulk, or automated messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. ECL Entertainment does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@ecl-ent.com (phone +1 270 306 4321).

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you reply START to resume. The keywords STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE all opt you out.

Carriers

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier.

Privacy

Your information is handled per our SMS Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties.
